Max has advised in relation to a broad range of financial services disputes, including actions against IFAs, international arbitrations and obtaining injunctive relief. His particular specialism is high-value actions by individuals and businesses for the mis-selling of interest rate protection products by banks. He has considerable experience in this area, and the products he has advised on include:
- interest rate swaps;
- callable and multi-callable products;
- interest rate collars; and
- ‘structured’ or ‘enhanced’ collars.
Max’s position as a leading individual in this area of law has led to a number of interviews by the media and significant press coverage.
Max graduated from Cardiff University, and joined a niche financial services practice where he completed his training contract and spent a further two years upon qualification. Max joined Enyo Law LLP in November 2011.
