Representative Cases

Enyo Law acted for a leading low fares airline in ad hoc arbitration proceedings in London against a major Eastern European airport.

Enyo Law successfully claimed against the airport for substantial damages for breach of contract and a declaration that the airport was not entitled to collect a security charge from the airline’s passengers. Enyo Law also successfully defended the airport's counterclaim that the underlying agreement with the airline had been entered into as a result of unlawful state-aid, and also a significant counterclaim for money which the airline had set off against payments made directly to a third party provider of terminal navigation services.
