Enyo Law announces new partner appointment

Enyo Law is delighted to announce the appointment of disputes lawyer Jonathan Pagan as a partner.

Jonathan is a highly-experienced international commercial disputes lawyer, with a particular interest in banking and financial services litigation and litigation arising in the context of corporate restructurings. He also specialises in the conflict of laws and jurisdictional disputes.

Jonathan joined Enyo Law in October 2020 from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London.

Note to Editors

Jonathan achieved First Class Honours degrees in Philosophy and Law at the University of Sydney and then served as Researcher to the Judge in charge of the Commercial List in the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Following his time at the Court, he joined Allens in Sydney and qualified into the Commercial Litigation department, taking a leave of absence to read for the Bachelor of Civil Law at Oxford University. He joined Freshfields in November 2010.
