Enyo Law appoints new Partners

Enyo Law is pleased to announce the promotion of Katie Marquet-Horwood and Fred Thorling to the position of Partner effective from 1 May 2023.

Fred brings extensive expertise in handling high-value cross-border litigation and arbitration cases. He has a proven track record of successfully navigating complex commercial and financial disputes, often involving allegations of substantial international fraud. Fred’s clientele spans across diverse sectors, including energy and banking, and includes funds, listed companies, public bodies, and high-net-worth individuals.

With a specialisation in complex and high-value commercial dispute resolution, Katie has consistently demonstrated her exceptional skills across a wide range of industry sectors, frequently with an international aspect. She has successfully represented major UK and foreign corporations, state-owned entities, and high-net-worth individuals in litigation before English courts, major arbitral institutions, and local courts in various jurisdictions. Katie’s abilities in international arbitration have been acknowledged by publications such as Legal Business, where she was recognised as one of “the City’s brightest stars,” and Legal 500, which highlighted her as a key lawyer.
