Emma is the Compliance Partner with a focus on all of the regulatory aspects of running the firm. Coupled with this, she advises clients on a broad range of commercial disputes.
Emma qualified as a solicitor at Addleshaw Goddard in 2003, having worked with many of the Enyo Law team for a number of years. Thereafter, she joined the commercial disputes team at Lewis Silkin where she practised general commercial litigation with a focus on media clients. During her time in private practice, she worked directly with clients by secondment to the legal departments of Mercedes Benz and The Telegraph newspaper.
From 2005 until joining Enyo Law at its inception, Emma was Director at BPP Professional Education Ltd with a key responsibility for training solicitors, and overseas lawyers seeking to qualify as English solicitors, in commercial litigation, contract, tort, professional conduct, financial services, money laundering, practice management and risk. She currently guest lectures at BPP with a particular focus on Higher Rights of Audience.
