Olivia has experience advising on complex and high profile commercial disputes and international arbitration proceedings. She has represented both state and commercial entities in multi-jurisdictional disputes across a wide range of industry sectors, including oil & gas, construction, financial services and renewable energy.

Olivia’s recent case work includes representing a major energy company in an ICC arbitration concerning an offshore gas pipeline project with claims in excess of EUR1.3 billion, and acting for a state entity defending claims arising out of the nationalisation of a major bank. 

Background

Olivia read History at Cambridge University before finishing a Master’s degree in Latin American Studies. She completed her training contract at Allen & Overy (in London), during which she spent six months on secondment to the firm’s Dubai office. Upon qualification, Olivia worked for two years in Allen & Overy’s Dispute Resolution team in Amsterdam. She joined Enyo Law in March 2018.
