Carlos has experience of complex and high-value disputes with cross-border elements, as well as competition litigation.
Carlos has an academic background in law and economics, with particular focus on EU and competition law. His research has been published in the Cambridge International Law Journal.
Carlos trained at Herbert Smith Freehills, acquiring experience in tax, competition and banking litigation. During his training contract, he was also seconded for six months to the disputes team of a FTSE100 company. He joined Enyo in September 2020.
