Alex has had involvement in a variety of litigation and arbitration disputes, gaining experience of all stages of proceedings including lengthy Commercial Court trials. He has acted in an ICC arbitration regarding the non-completion of a Farmout Agreement involving claims of fraudulent misrepresentations, and has a particular interest in crypto asset disputes.
Background
Alex graduated from the University of Reading with a degree in law, after which he gained extensive experience as a litigation paralegal at a number of well-known law firms both in the UK and overseas.
He joined Enyo Law as a Legal Assistant in February 2019, starting his training contract in September 2021, and completing it in April 2023.
