Victoria has over 5 years’ experience in commercial litigation. She has experience in complex international arbitration proceedings and commercial disputes across a range of industry sectors. She has experience of litigation before the English High Court and has a particular focus on international arbitration, acting for major UK and foreign corporations and state entities.
Background:
Victoria achieved a First Class dual-qualifying degree in Scots and English law at Strathclyde University in 2017, before starting her legal career as a team administrator in Pinsent Masons. In 2018, she moved to London to complete her Masters in Professional Legal Practice and worked as a paralegal in a number of firms specialising in litigation. In 2020, she joined Enyo Law as a legal assistant and commenced her training contract with the firm in September 2022. Prior to studying law, Victoria lived in Spain where she studied Spanish and worked as a teacher between 2011-2014.

- Acting for an Indian Venture Capitalist in a dispute regarding representations inducing investment in a cancer care company.
- Acting for a Malaysian state entity in relation to disputes with a Brazilian energy company in relation to a dispute over oil assets.
