Tim is an experienced commercial litigator with a background in complex commercial disputes, with a particular focus on civil fraud, financial services, and energy and resources disputes.
Background
Tim holds Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Business (Economics) from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University. Tim was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in October 2018.
Prior to commencing with Enyo Law in February 2023, Tim’s most recent experience was at a National Firm, McCullough Robertson, in Australia.
