Timothy Bowles

Tim is an experienced commercial litigator with a background in complex commercial disputes, with a particular focus on civil fraud, financial services, and energy and resources disputes. 

Background

Tim holds Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Business (Economics) from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University.  Tim was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in October 2018. 

Prior to commencing with Enyo Law in February 2023, Tim’s most recent experience was at a National Firm, McCullough Robertson, in Australia. 

Cases
  • Acting on behalf of a former director of managed investment funds relating to complex regulatory and class action proceedings brought by former investors.
  • Acting on behalf of a major mining company against former company executives, arising pursuant to a share award scheme.
  • Acting on behalf of liquidators relating to the recovery of significant funds arising from a managed investment fund.
  • Acting in a significant public inquiry into Forensic DNA Analysis.
